The Waikato Sport Fishing Club Hall is available for hire. We have an open plan space with views over the river and a balcony. The space can accommodate up to 99 people. Tables and charis are included along with access to the kitchen and bar area.
Includes a 60" plasma screen TV with HDMI cable connection.
The hall can be hired on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
For regular hirers we can provide storage space.
Our Club Hall is situated on Grantham Street, Hamilton (next to Grantham Street boat ramp).
Schedule of charges for hall hire:
WEEKDAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY
- full day (8 hours) $500
- ½ day (4 hours) $250
- excludes cleaning fee
WEEKENDS:
- $800 full weekend
- Option to setup Friday evening from 5.30pm and Saturday (day)
- Event Saturday evening, close midnight
- Sunday morning cleaning
- Inspection and meet to return keys, 12 midday Sunday
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & LONG WEEKENDS
- $1200 full weekend
- Option to setup Friday evening from 5.30pm and Saturday (day)
- Event Saturday evening, close midnight
- Sunday cleaning
- Inspection and meet to return keys, 12 midday Monday
A booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your requested date, which forms part of the hall hire fee (non-fundable).
A bond of $800 is also required with the hireage fee. (Bond is fully refundable post inspection and T&Cs are adhered to).

CLEANING CHARGE
A flat fee of $300 shall be charged if the Hall is not left in an acceptable condition. The hirer will be given one more opportunity to clean the hall again before the flat fee is initiated.
